Use of Our Site and Services

Fees and Refunds

Fees are available through a free 15-minute consultation and are in Canadian dollars. Fees may change without notice.

Refunds are not provided except at our sole discretion, determined case-by-case. Chargebacks should only be attempted after requesting a refund directly.

Recurring payments authorize our continued access to financial information stored with our third-party payment processors until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, images, logos, videos, trademarks, and other materials (“Intellectual Property”) are owned by GutVantage unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may use Intellectual Property for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit and backlinks. Ownership rights remain with GutVantage.

Violations may result in legal action. You agree to indemnify GutVantage for misuse of Intellectual Property.

By using the Site, you grant GutVantage a commercial license to use images you submit, including likenesses, for business purposes.

Limited License

Services or materials provided are under GutVantage ownership or license. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or share materials with third parties without consent. Copyrights remain with GutVantage.

Security and Prohibited Behavior

We use third-party apps for payments, bookings, and newsletters. Review their Terms. Discontinue use if you disagree.

Do not misuse the Site, hack, or introduce harmful materials. We may terminate access and report violations to authorities.

Communications submitted through the Site are not confidential unless explicitly stated.

Assumption of Risk and Disclaimers

Use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law: Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be heard exclusively in Calgary courts.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remain valid. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GutVantage.
