Banana Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened nut & seed butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
NOTE: The nut & seed butter contains dry roasted nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, chia seeds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts)

Preparation Steps

  1. Slice a banana and place on one side of a bowl.
  2. Add nut & seed butter and place on the other side of the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on the banana.
  4. Garnish the unsweetened nut & seed butter with whole pumpkin seeds.
  5. You can either dip the banana into the nut & seed butter or mix it all up. Enjoy!
