Baking Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, flaxseeds) in a large bowl, excluding chocolate chips.
- Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup all at once, mixing until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix evenly.
- Take a spoonful of mixture, roll into a ball, then flatten into cookie shape.
- Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until bottoms slightly brown (12 min preferred for softer cookies).
