Ingredients

Baking Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, flaxseeds) in a large bowl, excluding chocolate chips.
  3. Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup all at once, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix evenly.
  5. Take a spoonful of mixture, roll into a ball, then flatten into cookie shape.
  6. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes until bottoms slightly brown (12 min preferred for softer cookies).
