This program is built on an in-depth blood analysis used to create your personalized nutrition plan.
Rather than following a generic diet, your plan is based on your unique health information and is designed to support your body at the root.
You will also be supported through the GutVantage™ Remedy, which focuses on four key pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
Program Structure
The program is 12 weeks in duration and includes four phases designed to support sustainable lifestyle and nutrition changes.
- Phase 1: Preparation Phase, 2 days
- Phase 2: Strict Phase, minimum 14 days
- Phase 3: Relaxed Phase, weeks to months
- Phase 4: Maintenance Phase, ongoing
While the program is 12 weeks long, the tools, knowledge, and resources you receive are designed to support you long after the program ends. All phases will be reviewed with you, and you’ll have resources to revisit at any point in your wellness journey.
Support Throughout the Program
You will receive personalized guidance throughout your 12-week journey, including six private virtual consultations, weekly accountability check-ins, educational resources, and ongoing email or text support between appointments.
My goal is for you to feel supported, confident, and equipped to continue making progress long after the program is complete.
Program Requirements & Considerations
This program is designed for adults seeking a structured and personalized approach to improving their health. To ensure safety and appropriate support, the following applies:
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older
- A family physician or nurse practitioner is required to participate
- Not suitable for pregnant or nursing women
- Not suitable for individuals with severe renal or hepatic conditions
- Not suitable for individuals with active cancer or undergoing treatment
- Not suitable for individuals with a BMI below 19
Additional support from your physician or nurse practitioner may be recommended on a case-by-case basis if needed.
